Refund Conditions

WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS. 

• All product(s) are checked and cleared by our QC Team before sending it out for delivery.
• Product(s) will be eligible for returns in the case of product defect/malfunction. ONLY Manufacturing defects will be eligible for a refund. 
• In case the order is cancelled, if the product is not sent out for delivery, there will be no charge and the full amount will be refunded, in case if the product is out for delivery, the charges of shipping( both ways ) will be payable by the customer and a restocking fee of 20% will be applicable. 
• The refund will be processed once the product(s) reach our warehouse safely.
